Swedish massage can help ease muscle tension and stress, by using a variety of massage techniques and light, medium or firm pressure.

During the consultation we will discuss any areas of concern, your treatment goals and what pressure you would like.

Throughout the massage, you will be covered with blankets - only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

Many clients fall asleep during their session! The goal is to leave you feeling relaxed & restored, with less achy muscles than before!

This longer treatment time allows for deeper relaxation, so you can completely switch off! If you love massage, and 45 minutes isn't enough then this is the treatment for you!
